Remington Power Tools - Remington Pole Saw wont start

We bought a brand new Remington Pole Saw. It would not start so we traded it in for a new one that started the first time but wouldnt start again. It seems like the button thats on the saw is stuck down. I was excited to get this tool and start clearing some limbs only to be disappointed! Twice!

Remington electric chain saw worked on 3 separate occasions and then began to smoke and seized up. I kept it clean and did abuse or overtax it. Really poor customer support or should i say no customer support Do not buy
